I created this thread to see if people agreed with me...

Is Hard mode challenging?...No...well not for me anyway...it "felt" easy, didnt have no difficulty doing the puzzles, killing enemies or running out of ammo.
Would of liked a "Harder" mode imo...
Oppinions welcome.

after I've beaten the game about 3 times it became extremely easy. after about 5 playthrus I could play with my eyes closed.

the first time I've played RE3 it was very hard. I can't see how that's easy when you first start the game.

well i played easy like 3 times,learning how to make and conserve ammo and figuring which weapon to use on each enemy (except for nemesis,hes just a unstoppable killing beast.. ) and then moved on to hard mode...and simply it was just too easy....

try a knife-only playthru .

some training with the evade system and it's not that hard either.

I first played on easy (back when i was about 9) and found it quite easy with the abundance of ammo and health. I tried hard, (and back then i used to only be able to kill every enemy) and i ran out of ammo well before the police station. Never made it into downtown. It was only the lack of ammo that was an issue. I gave up, but then later on when i was less scared i tried again and ran past alot of the enemies, and now after a few playthroughs ive done a handgun only run quite easily.

Lol I remember how I 've played it on hard for the first time. I missed the grenade launcher and made it to Clock Tower, then restarted the game. such a noob I was.

lol...i missed the shotgun on the dead body first time through ..lol...luckely there was another shotty at the police station....

Hard mode is definitely hard the first time especially if youve never played a resident evil game before. Hard modes more rewarding in the long run so i beat it on easy just to figure out whats what and beat it on hard the second playthru, found out you get stuff for killing nemesis on hard and never played on easy again

I cant complete this game because its scrached, it lets you get right near the end then just frezes, sooooooooo anoying!

Hard mode was very easy on hard.

yeah, and personally while I never use walkthrus I do use boards a lot. that's not even comparable to two or three people playing this game alongside me back then.
