Try to avoid things that are in his books. For example someone said about the three faces of foley which anyone who's read the books knows he came up with dude and cactus himself, and vince and he came up with mankind. We know his favourite match is Vs Orton at Backlash and second is Vs. HBK. Just try and think of unique things I guess, not that I can really think of anything right now.

I think if you just ask him a whole bunch of things that he's said in his books or in interviews before it kind of takes away from the interview itself since he won't be as into it if he knows you could have found this stuff out already if you cared enough. The questions about his standup would be a good shout as well as the things regarding current day guys like who'd be his top choice of feud etc. Ask him if he's still mad at the rock for the I Quit match too.

Try your hardest to get it done over the phone. I had an interview agreed with Chris Kanyon once, sent him over the questions and he just never bothered replying. Then he went and died.
