Exactly! This is really getting out of hand. They have this great "BE A STAR" campaign but at the same time, how many fat jokes does Vickie get, how many times has JR's medical condition been made fun of, how many times have they made fun of Swaggers speech impediment? Don't preach about bullying and then make constant jokes about conditions of your workers. Straight bullshit!

rock's promo and jr segment were approved by the agents (and im assuming they were also approved by cena and jr). aw's joke wasn't approved by the agents nor kobe, he was not in a position to improvise his line either. When King or Cena made fun of vickie, I'm pretty sure it was approved by Vickie first.

rofl at people wanting Be A Star to be implemented on TV. If that's the case, we'd only see people like Daniel Bryan and CM Punk outwrestle each other, storylines would be futile. It seems like the only reason why AW was let go was nothing more than a damage control. Whether it's intended to save Linda's senate campaign, or to prevent a conflict w/ Kobe, I don't know. But AW's got himself to blame tbh. He knows he's working in a PG environment, and it's not like people backstage wanted to get rid of AW, he was in line for a push.

That's actually incorrect. JR stated on twitter right after it happened that he had no idea that was going to happen. He didn't approve it and was upset by it. Nothing Vince does, has to be approved by any agent or producer. If he want's to make fun of someone, he just does it. He takes things way to far when it comes to Jim Ross. There's no reason to do those types of things at an extremely loyal employee.

Jim Ross worked under McMahon, and it wasn't the first time Vince mocking JR's condition. I'm pretty sure JR was like "whatever vince, whatever floats your boat". Pretty sure he did say on his blog that he had no problem w/ it, and he also stated that whoever had a problem with it should grow up.

Here's the thing [/hhh], JR was a familiar face, he was someone from the business. Vince knew mocking fun of JR would be fine. Mocking someone outside of the industry is a different case, though. Especially when it's about such a sensitive subject like rape.
