Must-See WWE PPVs?

Last years Money in the Bank would be well worth watching from recent memory, the whole PPV has some really good matches and was a solid build up.

I'd recommend the 'Greatest Rivalries: Bret Hart vs Shawn Michaels" it's a really good documentary featuring both men with J.R interviewing them.

Was just about to say KOTR 98. Worth it for Mankind/Taker alone. Although you could just youtube it I guess.

Frankly Any of the royal rumbles are pretty safe bets, the novelty of the rumble itself more than makes it worth a watch.

As said by a couple of people KOTR 1998 really is essential viewing, Mania 2000 is a favourite of mine, Judgement Day 2001 was great for sheer attitude era star power (Austin vs Taker, HHH Vs. Kane, Benoit Vs Angle), No Way Out 2001 for the same reason, survivor series 2002 i believe was the debut of the elimination chamber so is worth a go, survivor series '97

Wrestlemania 17 should be watched by every wrestling fan at least once. Arguably the greatest PPV ever.

Summerslam 2000 is an overlooked gem - first and best TLC match (WM17 just copied most of the spots but more people have seen it), Shane O'Mac vs. Steve Blackman in a Hardcore match with an insane bump at the end, Undertaker vs. Kane, Benoit vs. Jericho, Angle vs. Triple H vs. The Rock...even the undercard had some entertaining matches, namely Too Cool vs. Right To Censor. Great PPV.

Fully Loaded 2000 is another one folks tend to forget about. Triple H vs. Y2J in one of the best Last Man Standing matches of the Attitude Era, Rikishi vs. Val Venis in a steel cage with one of the most dangerous bumps of all-time, and Taker has a good match with Angle as well.

They would be my top three, but honourary mentions should also go to No Way Out 2001, Backlash 2000, Survivor Series 2002, Vengeance 2006 and MITB 2011.

By far the best PPV in my lifetime has been WM17. Classic matches that will stand the test of time and be the standard of all matches to come since.

Summerslam 2000 is also a great one. I just re watched that today. Classic storylines across the board on this PPV. Tazz Vs the King. X-Pac and Road Dogg. Two underrated matches that were entertaining.
