This could be a good or a bad move like already mentioned in this thread. Though tbh RAW usually runs until 11:10-11:20 so this is only forty minutes more. Hopefully they don't just make it terrible three hours like the past few have been. This would mean more airtime for some of the other talent and maybe we can actually see some Tag Team matches with an actual tag team division!

I'm looking forward to it. Sure, there'll be more ads and replays and shit, but that's expected with any show that has a special run time one night or extends the duration of their show. Either way, most of you are on here while you watch RAW, so if a shitty replay or something comes on, there's your time to post, or take a bathroom break, or go get something to eat. Yes, it's a given that there will still be RAWs that will just flat out suck, but then there are also those amazing RAWs that we all think about until we fall asleep, and now that the run times will be an extra hour every time, that gives us something more to look forward to and love.

The only thing I don't want, like stated above somewhere, is there to be too much fan interaction. I love the concept of it, I always thought Cyber Sunday was cool because I always loved creating my own stories and imagining how things would play out if I was able to write some of the stuff, so seeing that I was able to have my own say in the way a match was made (as far as we know, they do follow the votes, right?), that interested me a lot. However, if they take it too far and make every match every week something like that, then it will just be played out and boring. They also need to ease up on the whole social networking thing, with Twitter and such. Just my opinion.

Anyway, this leaves me wondering if RAW will now be 8-11 every week or 9-12.

It has to mean they give more time for matches, and not just more time for ad breaks, sponsored matches and sideshows.

Otherwise you're just going to turn away more and more people who lost interest shortly after Mania because even a 2 hour show had so much filler they weren't interested.

That's what I'm thinking.

The amount of 30 second matches is really annoying so hopefully they can give guys more time - there's surely no excuse not to (I don't mean ridiculous amounts of time, just 4-5 minutes or so).

Sadly I can see it just having more replays of what happened earlier in the night and replays of replays etc.

Good news that. Gives them a bit more freedom and working space. Although, last time they did it, The extra hour was just filled with absolute shit like repeating promos and replays 8 times
