But unless he's talking about his genitalia, Foley is always talking himself down. Which is a humble quality about him and what makes Mick Foley, Mick Foley.

It would be sad to see another Taker and Foley match. They've already done one of the greatest matches in wrestling history, there is no way they'd ever come close to living up to it. They're both substantially older, soggier, and undoubtedly more fragile. It would be a lame match, truth be told. A couple of guys who are riding on the coattails of their own former glory. There's no reason for it, other than pure nostalgia. Though, Mick seems like the kind of guy that would say "*bleep* it" and get tossed off a cage. We'll probably see him die live on a PPV someday.


I liked Raw tonight though. I watched it an hour after it started, so I got to fast-forward trough all the commercials and the Diva's match up until I saw Kane show up. I thought the DB/CM Punk match was the shit, I like their dynamic. Maybe they could get some tag-team shit going? Speaking of which, how has the tag team shit been the past few years? I know it kinda goes up and down in terms of how much of a push there is, but I loved it back with the Dudleys, Edge and Christian and the Hardys and shit.

I like that Kofi Kingston is getting a push too. I have no idea who he is, but he's got skills and kinda reminds me of RVD. I think it's kinda cool that there's a bunch of new guys on the scene now that I have never heard of and have no preconceived notions about.

Good to see HHH and Taker too. I think I like Taker more when he was on a motorcycle coming out to Limp Bizkit though. Is that *bleep*ed up?

haha, I first noticed it on an episode of either NXT or Superstars. Remember commenting on it, but no one ever really reads my NXT/Superstar posts. =( Really ought to separate those two shows into a B-thread for them, so they don't get so buried by RAW and SmackDown discussion.

I always read your NXT/Superstars posts even though I don't watch those shows. Please don't stop posting those. I don't talk much here but I read every post in the S & R thread. After I watch RAW or SmackDown I look forward to reading everyone's comments and I'm disappointed when not many people have stuff to say (usually SmackDown has few comments). Keep posting, there are more like me and I logged in right now just to say this.

I will never, ever, ever stop getting chills from hearing that gong. NEVER.

I enjoyed RAW this week. Finally the Jericho story is actually picking up, although it does make you wonder, what the *bleep* was the point of the last 3-4 weeks? It served no purpose, other than Jericho attempting to make himself a heel and failing badly.

Sorta thought taker would return then i mean where else was that shit going other than a boring johnny ace gets fired ending.? Still marked the *bleep* out though. <3 taker but dont want him vs HHH.

hate brodus, so boring. keeps my fast forward button warmed up i guess.
