A question i thought to myself when i saw the Dixie/AJ Styles storyline....

When Traci Books was put in a spot where she "Slept" with Eric Bischoff to keep her job was a storyline that Kaz was Okay with, why the hell didnt they decide to factor that instead with AJ Styles, I mean ffs, that would have been TNA's perfect reason for Kazarian's Heel turn

The dude has it all, as that isn't even taking into account the fact he's a very good wrestler too. The only thing he has against him is age, but if WWE drop their ridiculous "no signings over 30" policy, he would be right at the top of their hit-list.

WWE hasn't produced a decent heel in years. The Miz is bloody awful, doesn't have the look to be a heel - he looks like a 14 year old on steroids and it will be hard for him to ever be taken seriously again after his recent burial. The best heel in WWE is Vickie Guerrero, which says it all.

Agreed on the TNA HOF though, far too soon for something like that. I imagine the company starters like Styles, Daniels, Joe, Roode and Storm will all be in it though.

Don't want to get into the whole TNA vs. WWE stuff that you're all arguing about. It's subjective who makes a good heel. Personally, I think WWE did wonders on re-inventing Mark Henry last year and if injuries aside, he probably would still be booked strong right now. Also with Daniel Bryan, who prior to this "Yes!" thing, he was an over glorified Indy worker with terrible promo skills. Now he's relevant. WWE has made him relevant. Least we forget Brock Lesnar just a month ago who really shook things up in WWE. Too bad he used up a lot of his appearances in a short span. They both have some strong heels in each company. Bully Ray is amazing since his path on singles competition, but he's stuck in this stupid Abyss/Joseph Park storyline. I also feel something is missing with Roode. He's a great champion, but there's something lacking there. I think for me, to really put him over, he needs a stable, some lackeys, to really establish him as the "man" among the roster. You look at all the legends in Wrestling, most of them all had a stable at some point to put more focus on them with leadership qualities, to be seen with the one with power. Right now Hogan keeps taking that power away. And I really hope they don't put the title on Sting at Slammiversary.

As far as the live show itself, it was interesting. Agree that the TV Title match ending was lame, but I was digging the match itself. Kind of stupid to have Devon vs. Jeff, then with the Robbie's coming out and then making the match at Slammiversary be the two robbies vs. Devon and Garrett?!?! REALLY TNA?! Jeff gets shunned? What about RVD as well? Kind of lame booking.

The only thing I truly hated about the show was this Gutcheck thing. It's so damn stupid. Everything, from showing them backstage reviewing tapes to the time wasted in the ring deciding the wrestler's fate. Oh and Dixie's announcement with introducing Brooke. Brooke is hot, but she can't talk on the mic for shit. We were laughing at how many times she kept saying "Thank you so much".

Just watched Impact for the first time in months. I like the Gut Check idea but hate the execution of it. It seems too much like a game show and I hate that they talk about gimmicks etc. Yeah, we all know wrestling isn't real etc. but it really annoys me when they basically acknowledge that by talking about stuff like "staying in character"

When did AJ start wearing the gloves? There's something seriously off putting about them.
