I didn't even think of that. Yeah, they should have gone to sudden death and have Roode retain cleanly. Maybe AJ hurts himself and Roode capitalizes or something.

There is no requirement that an Iron Man match go to Sudden Death if it goes to a draw; the challenger can request it but the champion doesn't need to accept. Therefore, given the direction of Roode's character, he was of course going to walk away. I thought it was a refreshing take on the champions advantage idea which you don't see very often in Iron Man contests.

One thing I've always wanted to see in an Iron Man match is the DQ stipulation being played around. For example, the heel wrestler could bring out a bag of thumbtacks and slam the face wrestler on them; they lose a fall by DQ, but the face wrestler has to wrestle the rest of the match with thumbtacks in them. Doesn't need to be thumbtacks, of course, could just be any weapon use.

Anyways, really enjoyed the PPV, main event was excellent, Styles sold his knee injury very well. Cage match was decent as well although the pacing was a little off; Hardy was excellent, however, really loving his work since he came back.

Good PPV in terms of match quality, even if most of the winners were quite predictable. Really enjoyed the X match, loving Aries atm it's just a shame that he's head and shoulders above most of the division. Hopefully in time he can move onto the main event scene, he has absolutely everything in his locker to main event, only thing that might hold him back be his size.

They have weight limit now? That's my point tbh, x division shouldn't be a lot lesser than the heavyweight championship. It used to be around the same breath with the heavyweight championship, so they need the uppermidcard to bring up the prestige.

Was a solid show, and i agree the Knockouts match was dead, the ending was good though.

I wished Roode was face and Hardy was still heel, then I'd be marking the *bleep* out for that match. I'm still not buying Roode as a heel and face Hardy is boring Hardy.

Card looks pretty damn sweet. Aside from the Knockout and the Tag match, I'm looking forward to all the matches on this card.

Also what happened to Magnus teaming with Doug Williams?
I'm interested in seeing James Storm vs Angle but I was last time but I missed the PPV.


I often forget to watch TNA, hmmm... wonder why.
That's why I'm even more confused than usual though.
