	See Akuma seems to be the only person besides me pro on this subject. No offense or anything but I think you guys dwell too much on the negative side of things, of course cities are going to have a larger crime rate, as with most populated cities. Yep, you can get months for littering or pay a fine which could range to quite a fair amount
