Now in the game every time you beat it you can only take one person with you is it possible to take them both.
i'm not really sure what you mean ruben but i'm guessing you're talking about when you beat the game, you either have saved meryl and she's with you or you haven't and otacon's with you. and if that's the case, then the answer to your question is a resounding "no".

Okay, mods might know me, but that's not the thing. I'm just gonna ask about the CD case that Campbell mentioned that have Meryl's frequency number. I already know the number, it's 140.15 but where is actually the CD case? I'm desperate, so, dudez, help me out.

re: Metal Gear Solid Helpline Thread

it's referring to the actual cd case the game came in. pretty clever, eh?

and if you're really having trouble finding it, try checking under your bed or something. it may have fallen down there.

re: Metal Gear Solid Helpline Thread

Hi, I just started playing MGS and can't save the games. Every time I try to load a saved game, the first save of the level loads instead.
Also, I can't scroll down to the empty slots in the save game page.
Thanks

re: Metal Gear Solid Helpline Thread

hopefully you already know this but to save you talk to mei ling. but if that's not the case, and from the other things you mentioned, it sounds like your game may have something wrong with it. just go replace it and the problem should be solved. if not, then it could be various things like the controller you're using, your memory card or even the playstation itself. just start by replacing the game if the problem persists and see what happens from there.

re: Metal Gear Solid Helpline Thread

Thanks for the quick answer.
Sorry I forgot to mention it, but I am playing the game on a PC - does that make a difference? Incidentally, I don't have the manual which may be part of the problem.

re: Metal Gear Solid Helpline Thread

yeah, that makes a big difference, there could be a ton of other things that are wrong. just replace it and if it's still buggy, it's probably your pc.

It's either the disc is damaged, or your console got some problems. Try using another disc, steal it from your friends and test. If it still isn't working, go get your console fixed.
