I dont mind the animation, as long as shortcuts aint taken. That original 0079 kinda peeved me off, but i know about the money issues with anime back then.

anyhow, when i see the shortcuts taken in modern day anime, i foam at the mouth. Dragonball GT for one...

I wonder if that Z game for GC will have animation spots in it.

The Red MS Char uses in the beginning of Zeta is the Rik Dias, whose red colors are mereley the new production line colors, there are plenty of Red Rik DIas'

And for the record, the Rik DOM, the space ver. of the Dom, did not have a beam saber but rather a Battery-Powered HEAT Saber, the Gelgoog was the first Mass Pro Zeon MS to have a Beam Melee weapon in the Naginta...

That was the book, and even then it was a rude saber with a weak, wide blade. The novels are not the standard, they are merley an alternate vision of what the OYW could be like, the anime is the canon...

I thought we had already coverd the reasoning behind the Hyaku Shiki color scheme already? Or do i have to go into a brief history lesson?

Yes, yet Emma and other members of the AEUG pilot the same colored (and shaded) Rick dias as Char pilots. The color of the ms doesn't mean all that much actually.
