	Ah but most people were exposed to DB/Z from the Anime not the Manga. And the Manga didn't even come out in the US when the Anime was around. So fanboys who think they're cool crap all over the Anime and talk about the Manga and how the Anime is nothing compared to the Manga because blah blah blah. Well if it wasn't for the Anime, you would never even know about the Manga in the first place. And hey I totally 100% agree, I'd rather watch live-action than read a comic book and just imagine them fighting. ------------------- Respect the best

I laughed. Because it's a damn comic and cartoon! This is the same thing. In the anime he has 5. AHAHAHAHAHAH Fail. And in the anime you can actually see him having 5 fingers. While in the manga, someone probably made a mistake.

	the manga is the original the anime was made from the manga anything in the anime that contradicts the manga is wrong, and anything that did not happen in the manga is filler which is good to watch but is often has some plot holes sorry but you fail and what has piccolos fingers got to do with anything? -------------------

	So then Piccolo should have had 4 fingers in the anime... The Dragonball Series is originally made by Toriyama so I don't see how you can dispute it's evidence.

Manga can't be the original anime because you flip pages instead of watching real fiction based cartoons flying and shooting things out of their hands. I know I'm one of most people who watch the anime first, then read the Manga or just forget about it. Ok I know that there are slight changes in the Manga and Anime, including Piccolo's number of fingers. But these slight changes don't really matter to the actual story. I mean you don't see Piccolo learning to count to 10 with his 8 fingers. The point that I'm making is the manga and anime will always be different, you can't judge something is wrong in the anime just because the manga is different. When you read the stuff, you can't see every frame of what's going on. Maybe in a fight, he jumped one way, then this guy jumped another way. Manga and the anime are two different things. I bet if someone asks you how many fingers does Piccolo have, then you'll have to say "in the manga he has 4 and in the anime he has 5." You can't say he has 4 because comic books are superior to episodes.
