Freeza's power

If freeza had gotten of his arse over the 20+ years between planet freeza's destruction and the fight with goku and trained how strong would he have been at full power?

Not really sure how and if Freeza can increase his max battle power. It's implied he at one point he was weaker than his father King Cold, but had surpassed him for probably centuries.

Never saw Freeza as having great ki increasing abilities, his power seems to be more static. Hence why he's afraid of the Saiyans, who keep multiplying their power.

Freeza was over 1,000x the next strongest guy in the whole empire, Commander Ginyu. And had wiped out all but 3 Saiyans to his knowledge...and all of them were thousands, 10's of thousands of times weaker than himself. So you can see how he would get pretty lax.

Nothing that has ever even crossed his path other than his own family has been anything but a bug to him.

Probably SSJ3 Goku level at the very least.
