I would say the gap between Perfect Cell and SSJ2 Gohan was the biggest gap, Gohan was only toying with Cell and yet with just a few hits he crippled Cell and brought him to his knees and also made him spit out 18 causing him to revert back to his semi perfect form.

Umm I think that ssj2 gohan to cell is bigger probably, because of how he made him regurgitate 18 with a punch, and i really doubt that semi perfect cell would have resorted to self destruction against assj vegeta. But then again there is final flash which would have killed cell if it wasn't for his OP regeneration
