Sayian Saga Vegeta>Goku Frieza Saga Vegeta>Goku Goku SSJ>Vegeta Android Saga SSJ Vegeta>SSJ Goku Cell Saga SSJ Vegeta>SSJ Goku FPSSJ Goku>ASSJ Vegeta Majin Vegeta Saga Majin Vegeta>SSJ2 Goku Buu Saga Vegeta SSJ2><Goku SSJ2 Shenron Saga Vegeta SSJ4>SSJ4 Goku If they are both SSJ Vegeta stronger,.When there on the same level vegeta wins. In GT Vegeta SSJ4 was tougher SSJ4 Goku. Goku was worn out but with the extra power he got from SSJ2 Gohan MSSJ Goten and MSSJ Trunks. He should have been stronger then Vegeta. Vegeta hit Omega Shenron more.

	I always believed Vegeta has more potential than Goku despite what others believe. Goku is always ahead of Vegeta because Goku, stated by Vegeta, is a genius. Goku is just to smart on how to train, but fact is, when they were on the same level, Vegeta was stronger.

	For starters, Cell saga Vegeta is a whole league, if not 2, below MSSJ Goku at the same point. Majin Vegeta is equal to SSJ2 Goku, and required the Majin to even get close to him. Buu saga is the same as Majin, or less than depending on whether you think he kept the power up. Goku heavily outclasses Vegeta in the Frieza saga. And in GT Vegeta never got more powerful than Goku. 	I'm sorry but Majin Vegeta is equal to SSJ2 Goku, SSJ2 Goku > SSJ2 Vegeta, and not to mention Goku had SSJ3 which Vegeta could never achieve, basically Goku was just toying around with Majin Vegeta to make him believe he had a chance. Goku chose not to kick his ass around town in SSJ3 because he's such a nice guy.

	The only time he was stronger than goku was: Saiyan saga vegeta > saiyan saga goku, android saga SSJ vegeta > Android saga SSJ goku, Majin vegeta = SSJ2 goku and vegeta needed the Majin powerup to get even with goku and without it was inferior. And, during the cell games, MSSJ goku was far above vegeta. Goku was and is stronger than vegeta. ------------------- VBHC.

	About the Android saga, we really don't even know that for sure. Piccolo only said he thought so. But in fact Goku was dealing with the virus even before he turned into a Super Saiyan, so we've never actually seen Android Saga SSJ Goku on full strength.

	I would trust piccolos judgement in the android saga. I honestly believe SSJ vegeta > SSJ goku even at full strength. After that it all goes downhill for vegeta. ------------------- VBHC.

	The only times Vegeta was most powerful in the same form was: Saiyan Saga - Goku was slightly over 8000, Vegeta was 18,000, and Vegeta had his tail. Frieza Saga - When Vegeta got a zenkai after Recoome, his base was at least 300k and Goku's was 90k... Android Saga - When he went SSJ. Other than this, for the most part, Base Goku on Namek >>>>> Base Vegeta on Namek. Vegeta wet his pants when Goku beat the Ginyus and got clobbered by Frieza, while he himself claimed only Goku could beat him. Vegeta was stronger as an SSJ for a little while, and then went ASSJ. Then, Goku totally outclassed him with MSSJ/FPSSJ. It's funny since Vegeta trained for 2 years, while Goku had a few months (discovering ASSJ/USSJ, then discarding them, and training Gohan most of the time...on top of this, he had one session that was less than a year to begin with). In the Babidi Saga, SSJ2 Goku > SSJ2 Vegeta, and Majin Vegeta = SSJ2 Goku. After this, either they're equal in the same form (if you believe Vegeta kept the Majin powerup), or Vegeta is a bit weaker in each form. So no, Vegeta ain't stronger than Goku. Really, the only times he is truly stronger in the same form is Saiyan Saga and Android Saga (not Frieza Saga...remember the Kaio-ken? x10? x20? Yup!) Edit: Aug 07, 12 10:48am

	To be fair, if we're counting the Kaioken, then even in the Saiyan Saga Goku far outpowered Vegeta without Oozaru. I don't understand why Vegeta couldn't get to FPSSJ. I mean, after Goku and Gohan come out of the timechamber he even says "You're missing the point. It's not about powering up. The point is that they won't have to power up, when they fight. They can use all the energy it would take to transform to increase their stamina and then, only go higher if they need to. Darn, it's so ingenious!" So he understands the concept, yet spends another year in the chamber only to get a very tiny power increase and still no mastery of SSJ.

	I get that he might be a better genius when he comes to fighting but vegeta is still smart when it comes to fighting too so I don't really see the reason why he wouldn't be able to figure out the MSSJ thing. ------------------- VBHC.
