Piccolo never uses Makankosappo for the rest of the entire series IIRC.

I have Gekiretsu Kodan 4x. Remember 18 thought it killed Cell before 16 corrected 18 [silly child]....so it's suggested to be able to kill a power that can manhandle Piccolo and 17 at the same time IMO.

Daiz 7 is made by TOEI and they have Android 16 > Super Android 13. There's no evidence Super Android 13 can tank a Gekiretsu Kodan from Kamiccolo.

Well I can agree, bringing the Daiz or SEG into any argument is pretty lame.

Since Super Android 13 slightly budged [to a greater extent than he did to the 3 SSJs] to Kamiccolo's punches, and since 1st form Cell tanked a fully charged Gekiretsu Kodan.

Android 16/1st form Cell should be able to beat Super Android 13.

I don't know where you saw this but it's incorrect. The official timeline says Goten was born between June and December of the year of the Cell Games, so it was after.

I wouldn't argue with that. I don't think the V-Jump numbers are too accurate either, but Toriyama didn't do early DB justice when he made the numbers so small at the beginning of Z.
