i dont see any difference form cell games to movie 8 to movie 9. and what does ova have to do with movie 8.
gohan looks excatly the same. trunks is not super bulky and vegeta looks the same but debatable on vegeta

This is Trunks in the OVA when he has short hair and the OVA happened after movie 8 so Trunks and Vegeta were not in the second Rosat and Piccolo was weaker than them while Goku and Gohan looked like they rested in their suppressed states. It's debunked. Thye are not Cell Games levels. Movie 8 is the reference of the Perfect Cell Saga you fool. Toei made these Cell Games levels after movie 8 was made. Toei releaved movie 8 before they releaved MSSJ Goku in the Anime so he can't be in the movie since he never existed in the Anime. Trunks had short hair in the OVA which happened after movie 8. There is a video animation when it includes Hatchiyack's two forms but the original is not a video animation. It's backed up by Toei o it counts. TKO is simply a troll BTW.
