I'm surprised at you, sir. Don't you know of A16's bio stating him to be the most powerful Gero creation aside from Cell? Shouldn't this include the movie androids since it was in the 7th book?

That doesn't count. He isn't a Gero creation for one thing, and second, he's 3 androids together not one. Super 13 is like Cell, doesn't count against the standard andriods.

He technically is a Gero creation. He didn't suddenly pull the ability to fuse with two other androids out of his ass - Gero had to have built it in. I would put him in with the androids, unlike Cell.

Dr. Gero's computer and Dr. Gero are two different beings all together.

You think the people who wrote the book thought that far into it? By the way, I might've worded it badly. Here's the actual entry.

"The strongest artificial human besides Cell. However, he has a gentle heart, and doesn't like to hurt things. Because of this, Doctor Gero regarded him as a failed creation. He gives the impression of a taciturn, silent giant. He resembles No. 8 in his gentleness, but is forever faithful to his duty to kill Goku."

So it doesn't specify that he has to be Gero's creation. He just has to be the strongest android behind Cell.

It really depends on how you scale Goku in that movie. If it's the Goku that fought Frieza than Slug can probably beat Final form Frieza up to 50%. If Goku is weaker then that though than Slug get's killed by third form frieza

Movie 5: Cooler vs Android 19
If this was Dr Gero then Cooler would lose, but Android 19 was an idiot and would probably get his arms ripped off again

Movie 6: Meta Cooler vs Android 17
Meta Cooler can solo all of Z. Seeing as how he can be infinately repaired

Movie 7: Super 13 vs Android `16
Android 16 wins. He was equal to post Imperfect Cell, who Tanked a Light Grenade without flinching.

Movie 8: Lssj Broly vs Super Perfect Cell
Cell wins with ease. Broly in movie 8 is maybe FP Perfect Cell and even that's pushing it

Movie 9: Bojack vs Dabura
I have them fairly even, but give Dabura the win due to his spit

Movie 10: Lssj Broly vs Fat Buu
Broly get's 1 shotted

Movie 11: Bio Broly vs Super Buu
Yeah...

Movie 12: Janemba vs Buutenks
Buutenks 1 shots him. Base Super Buu would be a much better fight

Buuhan has Piccolo's brains so he'ss figure out his weakness. Also he could just absorb him

You think the LSSj Broly that has better tanking & KO'ing feats than SPC will get stomped by Perfect Cell? RSSj Broly M8 is a better match for Perfect or Buff Cell IMO. Also, Kid Buu is the strongest Majin in the anime & he is roughly even with SSj3 Goku. An M13 Goku that is at least equal to (or perhaps stronger) than that could only defeat Winged Hirudegarn with a haxed TOEI finisher (Dragonfist). If this is the case, than wouldn't it stand to reason that Winged Hirudegarn would likely be even stronger than Kid Buu who is (in the anime) stronger than Buuhan?

What better tanking? He did nothing bettter. He faced weaker Z Fighters. M8 was releaved just before Toei made the Cell Games so what makes you think Toei would make such a strong villian before they made the Cell Games? Super 13 is not even stronger than Imperfect Cell because Imperfect Cell apeared after Super 13. The simple fact that Hatchiyack is OBVI~~~SLLY Perfect Cell's rival destroys your argument. It's not the same thing about M13. Goku is more and more haxed in the Anime. M13 Goku is most likely from the Fusion Saga and the one who was fighting Buutenks. Goku was above Gohan but below Buutenks at this time and I say it because M13 was releaved by the time Buuhan was fighting Vegito. Kid Buu Saga Goku is more haxed and probably above SSJ Vegito. Hirudegarn is Buuhan's rival IMO. M13 was releaved by the time of Buuhan vs Vegito for a reason, don't you think?
