King Piccolo puts much power stored within him then his orignal true powers.
Piccolo jr looks the same like King Piccolo but he is diffrent in powers.

Btw did King Piccolo reached limit in his young age ?

IMO Goku's base is above mr buu. That tends to be the way of how AT does it.

Well here is a good example why, gohan power level in the battle of raditz was like a average human, but that is not gohan true power. Gohan true power is either 720 or over 1200.

Uub doesn't know ki control like gohan, so uub needs rage just like gohan so uubs power is brought to the surface.

When Uub is enrage that is his true power, not when his relax since he has no ki control.

The answer is no, frieza saga gohan isn't as strong as chou gohan. The only way for gohan to reach that level of power is if he trains hard.

Uub has kid buu potential that is all, but uub needs to train to be able to achieve that power and greater. What Uub showed in the budokai was his full strength no where near kid buu.

piccolo he has the same potential and more than king piccolo but that is all, piccolo had to train to be as strong as king piccolo and train more to surpass king piccolo.

There a huge fundamental difference between Uub and piccolo, uub doesn't have any memories as kid buu so he has no knowledge of ki control or fighting, while piccolo has all the memories and knowledge of king piccolo like fighting and ki control.

He might not have equaled kid buu in power however in the anime only you see mr buu about ready to sh*t his pants when these two are fighting which might indicate that they are fighting at a very high level perhaps close to his own in base form.

I believe that end of Z goku in SSJ3 can 1 shot kid buu, but lose easily against super buu, I think that is being generous.

Goku in buu saga is a amateur at using SSJ3, goku even state it that much that he is new. I think 10 years of training he power up including his SSJ3 which should be mastered by this point.

The problem I have with that line of thoought, is that Goku tells Mr Satan that he is not sure if he can win against Oob, and he thinks Oob=Kid Boo. So I don't think that any form of Goku can one-shot Kid Boo.

Hmm well you assume that goku thinks that uub would = kid buu, while I assume that goku thinks that uub > kid buu, unfortunately no matter how deep we try to go it seems there nothing concrete what goku thought, unless I am forgetting a line.

Yes I see, it could mean these options

1. goku thinks that uub = kid buu, which would mean goku isn't much stronger
2. goku thinks that uub > kid buu, which even if goku increase power, it still might be hard

I never said stronger, I said that he thought Oob, being the reincarnation, and the embodiment of Kid Boo, would lead people to believe that Oob and Kid Boo have the same power. It doesn't matter, since Goku was wrong.
