His body’s strength doesn’t seem to be any different than when he was an adult, but apparently his small body has diminished his stamina.

	Well to be fair Ghostface, the filler was made by the same people who made GT and it's possible that GT follows it. Infamous suggested GT follows the Anime because Toei can't expect everybody to have read the manga and there's several things in GT that seem to definitely suggest Anime/movie influence (Cell and Freeza apparently comparing themselves to some powered up form of Goku... which heavily implies they saw him from Hell like they did in filler)
