Yea, DBZ wise - gohan has the highest potential. Period.

But, if you're including non-canon then Broly should be > Gohan potentially IMO.

I think Uub is also up there with both of them. And, next I give it to cell due to saiyan cells. I believe ultimate cell would blow ssj3 goku out of water easily.

You're a hardcore Gohan fan, so I guess agree to disagree? And I think it has been debated 100 times who has more potential.

Gohan - The thing is he actually had to train to achieve all his transformations. He gets his hidden power unlocked at namek, receives special training from piccolo, trains in ROSAT where he is trained by goku as well. Adapts to the environment and learns all the skills and techniques. Also gets zenkais. After doing all that he achieves ssj2 form.

Broly - He has never trained in his life. Never received any special training, or trained in ROSAT. Was born with a power level of 10k which was abnormal at that time, basically he was destined to be a legendary ssj. Then, his power was suppressed heavily for most of his life.

After that we see him in movie 8 where his weakest form (RSSJ) is > MSSJ Goku/ Gohan.

Movie 10 - He is already stronger than SSJ2 Gohan without any training. That is scary amount of power.

And, to top that he wasn't even near his full potential IMO. He didn't live long enough in his lssj form.

So, it's clear cut that his potential is way beyond what gohan could ever imagine. I bet if he joined Z characters and had his potential unlocked, he would easily destroy buuhan and possibly rival vegito. After all he is the legendary super saiyan. So, that's what I think. Now, don't kill me if I mentioned vegito.

I think people forget that Gohan's power was brought BEYOND it's limits. It's never specified how much extra power he received, but I feel it was a VERY significant amount. Many people say Goku and Vegeta have very little potential compared to Gohan, and I'm inclined to agree, but Rou Dai Kaioshin's power-up for them would still be impressive since it would take the far beyond their lifelong limits IMO.

As for the thread, Broly's and Uub's potential should most certainly eclipse Gohan's. Broly is like Gohan x 100. He always seemed to have access to his fantastic power and had much more of it than Gohan ever did before his power-up.

Future gohan in SSJ couldn't take on the android, while mighty mask, which is base goten and trunks could take on C18 in base evenly. As for SSJ they are more powerful.

So in power, goten and trunks >>> future gohan in power and maybe potential.

Lets not forget that goten is 7 years old and hasn't done serious training, just like future gohan.

Future gohan should = present gohan in potential, since they are both born the same way. Since goten who hasn't trained serious > future gohan who didn't train serious after frieza saga, then

I agree. I don't think Gohan is that special if Trunks or Goten especially trained as hard as their fathers did, they would be more powerful than any of them.

I can't really say anything about broly since I don't know how his power and potential work.

The point is, if goten had the same training as present gohan, then I am sure he could surpass gohan power eventually.

But Goten had less training or the same amount of training as future gohan.

Maybe, but its a Dragonball fact that half-breeds>> pure Blooded saiyans..Broly is masively overrated IMO., sure he is strong, but I never see him reaching a power that rivals fat-Boo, let alone Gohan.
