Super Perfect Cell vs Dabura - Equal Powers

Hmm, Dabura has that spit that could cause real problems. But I feel if that hits Cell, Cell would just rip off his body part hit and regenerate.

So I'll still go with SPC. I mean he has every technique of Freeza, Cold, Saiyan arc Piccolo, Saiyan arc Vegeta, and Cell arc Goku. He's the total package IMO. So I'll go with Cell, but the spit can be a serious problem IMO.

Powered up Cell using his real speed would whoop Dabura IMO.

Rememeber without his real speed he's a step or two ahead of Goku, and then Gohan easily dodges everything from him..and then he uses his real speed and takes the advantage.

I think PC powered up without real speed like he fought Goku would be a good fight.

Then later the sequence of events that you describe happened.

Yeah Gohan got in that good kick which busted Cell's lip which shows they are rivals but that's about it.

Anyway, Gohan has to get mad to beat Cell, it's pretty much stated. He can't beat Cell at equal battle powers IMO.

As long as you have them rivals I'm cool with it.

I have Gohan 130 and Cell 125 so that's about as far ahead as I can put Gohan over Cell.

So is Full Power PC USSJ and Buff PC USSJ 2?

I dislike FP PC being a pseudo USSJ, to me he's a pseudo MSSJ.
