Chibi Boo is easily the strongest character in Dragon Ball Z

I know this is an anime Thread and I understand that. Until a couple of months ago, I didn't read the manga at all. But this can be easily explained. You see, author's INTENT is what decides DBZ, yes, even the anime. The anime was based on the manga and obviously power is judged based on the intent of the original creation, regardless of filler, it always comes back to who is strongest in the manga because that is what the anime is based on. What is the author's intention for who the strongest Boo is? "Boohan."

The same argument could be used for GT. Once upon a time, people claimed that Super Saiyan Vegetto was more powerful than Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta. Well my argument was that the original author's (some guy who wrote the script for Toei lol) intent was that Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta was the most powerful warrior in the universe, so automatically that's what it was. When you control the story and you intend for someone to be stronger, that's going to be the outcome, no matter how you slip up along the process.
