Also P123, what makes you think that SSJ2 Vegeta pre Majin is weaker than SSJ2 Teen Gohan Cell saga? Accounting the 7 years of training after the Cell game, and yet Vegeta's still weaker? How's that possible?

Vegeta never stated that his SSJ2 PL pre Majin weaker than SSJ2 Teen Gohan, he only stated "He's not even close to the level he was at the Cell game, Gohan's stronger as a brat" right after he witnessed Gohan transformed into SSJ2 during his fight vs Kibito.

Even accounting that being Majin give you a boost PL, it isn't that much IMO, considering he's still fighting evenly with SSJ2 Goku and I don't think SSJ2 Vegeta pre Majin is much weaker than SSJ2 Goku.

By Teen Gohan, I was referring to Gohan Cell saga....so how do you explain that SSJ2 Gohan Cell saga is still stronger than SSJ2 Vegeta pre Majin? Considering that Vegeta's been training for 7 years and yet he's still weaker than SSJ2 Gohan Cell saga?

Idk about that, but according to the video games, Gohan Cell saga is referred as "Teen Gohan"

Well, since they're official, maybe they have different way at looking age, but whatever.

Apparently Kid Gohan according to video game, is the one during Saiyan saga until Frieza saga, and he was only 5 years old, maybe that's why they refer Gohan Cell saga as teen Gohan.

I couldn't careless about that though, no big deal.

So, do you think that Majin Buu (fat) is twice as strong as SSJ2 Gohan since the power Spopovic sucked from Gohan was apparently enough to fill up half of Buu's energy ball.

Could be, considering that fat Buu was still able to power up few times to get even stronger.

I'm sure when he shot that Kamehameha, he was only a SSJ....considering that the aura resemble that of SSJ plus no electricity at all...

Well, that's the thing; it doesn't matter either way. With or without his Majin powers, Kid Buu would have curbstomped him. Logic-wise I agree he shouldn't have retained his powers, but given that it wouldn't matter a thing; I suppose there is no harm in letting Vegeta retain his Majin powers.

A lack of power was the entire point behind Vegeta selling his soul to Babidi; when Goku destroyed Yakon, Vegeta instantly realized that the power Goku emitted there outstripped his own, and he needed to resort to Babidi's magic in order to close the gap that existed between himself and Goku. Power was all that mattered to Vegeta at that point, he wanted to surpass Goku by any means necessary, even accepting "help" from somebody else to accomplish that goal.

When Goku used that burst of SSJ2 power to destroy Yakon; Vegeta realized (and latter blatantly admitted), that he was outstripped at that point. However, no mention was made about that amount of power Goku outputted having surpassed Gohan's ki at the Cell Games; that wasn't until Goku transformed in order to fight Vegeta. All in all, I believe this is the case regarding the SSJ2's;

SSJ2 Gohan (post Z-Sword training) > SSJ2 Goku <=> SSJ2 Majin Vegeta = SSJ2 Vegeta (vs. Kid Buu) > SSJ2 Kid Gohan > SSJ2 Teen Gohan
