And I know I will not get the answer I want but....
PICCOLO IS A MAN.
I mean right? Not like he has pulled his pants down and showed us his non-existent junk. Who are people to say he has no Penis? I don't mean to be blunt but, it's true. No Episode I own in Japanese or English says "I, Piccolo, have no reproductive organ."
Okay maybe he cannot reproduce, but mules cannot either and they have a penis. Gotta pee out of something. I guess he could have a urethra but they do refer to Piccolo as a HE or a BROTHER.

And according to the dictionary, Brother is:

So it's states a brother is a MALE. So how is Piccolo not a dude? I want an EXACT EPISODE QUOTE.

That's true. But they never state it in the series that he is not a man or a women. And i thought he threw up his remains not a whole new person, because piccolo does talk about the past when he used to fight goku.

At some point during the Namek arc, Bulma asked Dende how the Namekians reproduced. When Dende told her that Guru repopulated the entire planet, Bulma concluded that Guru must be a woman. But Dende didn't know what a woman was. In fact, he didn't have a clue what genders were as whole, the "two types" made no sense to him, which leads to the conclusion that Namekians are genderless and thus, reproduce asexually...

There is nothing saying that a creature cannot be asexual. Plus namekiens were born on namek not earth.

NamekGirl knows they are asexual, I do not think she is arguing that.... What she is suggesting is he has to have some sort of organ to urinate with.... Which may be a penis, may be something else... IF he does have a penis, it probably doesn't look human, and may not even be on his crotch....

Freezas race is NOT asexual, because as far as I know, even in the manga, when he spoke of his parents he said exactly that, parents, as in the plural form, so even Freeza had a mother.... Yet we see Freeza completely naked in his 4th and final, true form, and he has no penis on his crotch.... I always had a theory that maybe their tails were also their sexual organs, which would be really gross and distrubing because Krillin cut off his tail tip and Goku bit Freezas tail... LOL

So, whatever Piccolo uses to go to the bathroom with, it may not be a penis on his crotch.... Maybe he pisses through his antannae...

We all know they do not have mixed genders or have sex though..... The ONLY reason they do not have "genders" is because there is only one type... That's like saying the word "good" would have no meaning, and would not exist either if the word "evil" did not exist opposite of it... So Nameks DO have a gender, but it's only one type, thus they have no understanding, nor do they need an understanding of different/mixed genders... Women do not exist in the Namekian race, thus there are no genders to differentiate. But that is not to say they aren't their own one universal gender.

Technically, the definition of the word "Asexual" means to have no gender, and to reproduce by yourself... So in the basic context of the word asexual, yes, they have NO gender, but that is only because if you are asexual, you are always of one type, not two different types that must mate together to form offspring...

Piccolo, and all Nameks bodies have male characteristics, they have deep voices, muscle definition, pecs, not breasts, etc... and they are usually called by "he" or "him" and whether or not he has an actual penis, Piccolo is considered a male basically, but technically, he has no gender in the context of having two gender types...
