Wasn't Namu actually able to manipulate his ki though? The fact that he was able to match Goku (who could manipulate his own ki by that point) pretty well seems to suggest that. Plus he was able to punch/kick at speeds not visible to human eye so it wouldn't surprise me at all if Namu could manipulate his ki to a degree, which means it's only logical he would mop the floor with Satan.

I meant the whole thing, fire ki blasts, fly/levitate, be super strong, et cetera. The reason Goku was so strong, even without ki, was because of his Saiyan anatomy, his physiology was just way superior to that of a human because he hailed from a planet with 10G, his physiology has to be superior to a human's simply to not be crushed under that immense gravity level on planet Vegeta. It allowed him to withstand gunfire, break a boulder with his bare hands, survive an axe being shattered on his head, crushing a number of tiles with a single finger and maybe more I forgot about...

Krillin and Yamcha, were already superior to the average human prior to even learning how to actually fire ki blasts, that is true. But, it could have simply been they had learned to manipulate their ki's to just be superstrong at that point, but no further than that, and went to Roshi's to expend their knowledge on ki control, and learn how to surface it, and expell it into ki blasts. You can apparently master one aspect of ki manipulation, but still be completely inept with another. Goten proved this as well more or less, he could raise his ki willingly and transform into a Super Saiyan, but he couldn't fly yet, Gohan had to teach him...

Perhaps Namu is another one of those humans that had used their ki to the degree they could make themselves super powerful, but didn't learn to go beyond that level of control yet. Just a theory on my part though, but it could work I suppose...

Maybe not, but their super strength could be because they have more ki flowing through them than the average human does....

Which could suggest that Nam and Satan and other stronger than average humans could have a ki level above 5.

But, who knows for sure, Nam could have manipulated ki, we will never know if he did or not... You can manipulate ki without shooting ki blasts and flying after all.... Seeing as how it was never stated, it could be either or really...

Nam was an Arabian, he must've been spiritual enough to know about Ki.

I think Mr. Satan is not that strong. Because if you Watch the original Dragonball. There were a lot of fighters during the Tenkaichi Budokai that were stronger them. People like King Jabba, Nam and Giran would wipe the floor with him. But he could beat Pamput with some effort.
