Dragon Ball: Q & A Evolution

Here a question, when did goku learn to fly? I don't remember dragon ball that much that why I ask.

It seem my signature isn't working, that is bad since someone created a signature with SSJ4 goku and SSJ4 vegeta about when DBZ tenkaichi 2 was being made. Can someone create me a new signature?

Here a question never asked before I think, if goku turned into oozaru would he be able to use kaio ken or maybe spirit bomb?

If gohan had his tail in namek would he have complete controll of his oozaru form? In the saiyan saga when goku spoke to his telepathic he regained controll, so I was wondering if gohan could have had his tail maybe.

In movie 3 of tree of might gohan regain controll of his oozaru when he saw his pet dragon ikarus I think its called but when turles kill him then he only went for turles, I know movies are non cannon but just stating a point.

I was wondering about the hyberbolic time chamber, in the cell saga mr. popo say that only 2 people where allowed in the hyberbolic time chamber but yet in the buu saga there was 4 people in there and they were goten, trunks, picolo and super buu, is that a plothole or something I am missing.

Here another question, when the scouter that bulma had blew up because of goku power level being too high, couldn't bulma just fix the scouter again and maybe even give a upgrade so it can handle higher power level?

I wonder why bulma didn't try and make the scouter to be able to detect dragon balls like incorporate some of the dragon ball radar into the scouter.

If bulma created more scouter than the Z fighter could communicate with each other since they have something that allow to talk to other with scouters on.

I just remembered something in the saiyan saga raditz with his scouter was able to read a human with a gun at a power level of 5.

I wonder how come the android don't have any ki signature. I mean C.17 and C18 are human with robot part so should they give of ki like any other human at like like the guy with the gun?
