i couldnt care less how they became androids. the fact that they are androids in the first place makes me too pissed off to care.

and i know U9 was an entire comic in of itself. but i cared when i wanted to find out how the humans survived without saiyans to save them. now i know how. they became robots. what a bunch of crap. was it too hard to just make them strong with their own power for once without any cheap powerups? god dammit. its a disgrace to yamcha saying he cant be strong unless hes 17. fanservice my ass. and how strong they are? weak. probably no stronger than fpssj goku (cell games).

That's kinda what Yamcha implies. He says his power level is stronger than what the other 17's would have been because unlike that teenage gang member, Yamcha was already a developed super warrior at the time he was captured and converted.

Not really... That cooler is from a Universe that is different than the one we see him in. Freeza still lives. He never went to earth. So he could easily have a different PL then the ones we have established.
