Link Never gets the Girl

I have always wondered why.Poor thing, does all he can to save a girl and doesn't have a girlfriend, or even a kiss. Cheap! Do you guys have any theories?

yeah i thought it was gonna happen at the end of OoT when he gives her the ocarina and they hold hands for a second.(ahhh! how sweet!)but they didn't kiss.maybe they will in the new one for gamecube.(not the cel-shaded one).

Well hello you guys! In Oot he gets married to the Princess Ruto! The wedding ring was the Zora sapphire! So that is why he doesn't kiss Zelda! Unless he is a poligamist! I am so smart aren't I?

Link really should get Zelda. It would be awesome then they could be in 2p games.

no you got it wrong! he doen't get married to her! if you read the text it sais it counts as an engagement ring, and later on in the water temple she tells you off and goes away.later you find that she is a sage and she sais that she can't marry you.

the GIRL'S name is Saria not sara and they are just good freinds. Also It is Talon the ranch owner who asks if you want to marry his daughter! if you say no he sais Oh go on and if you say yes he sais that you are too young.
