I can't figure out how you defeat Skull Kid when your up on the clock tower and its all like i was shooting him with bubbles and i don't know how to do it! I did the song of time became normal again then i got the Kafei mask the Great Fairy mask the Deku mask and that eagle mask

You can't defeat the Skull Kid with anything but a certain song, if you pay attention to cut-scenes you'd know that you have to go to the swamp which is to the south I think, just leave Clocktown and go to where a tree with a picture on it is, go through the entrance near it, the rest should slowly explain itself.

Oh and what is with the fairy when you cut the grass out by tingle on milk road there is always a red fairy hiding!

ok but how do you get back your horse?

Well in the Minish Cap it is explained that the Minish hide things for humans to find but that's pretty irrelevant.

Once you've gotten powder kegs it can be blown up, alternatively wait for the third day.

You need a powder keg, which you can get from SnowHead, but the goron that sells them is behind a block of ice. You at least need the fire arrows from SnowHead Temple before you can even attempt it.

The edit button is on the bottom right of your post, the song is obtained after the first dungeon but can't be used until you've done all 4!

Just go to the swamp, find Kotake and Koume then do their little quest, the monkeys will explain the rest, and before I forget.

where are each of the temples caz i'm at the part when theres a giant octpus blocking the way to that big purple mountain at the south swamp how do i defeat it?

Where the big-octi are there are lilli-pads, go Deku and jump across them until you find land, the rest explains itself.

ok one more question.... how do i or should i say who do i get the powder kegs from?

Don't worry about the kegs yet, they're too far ahead for you to need them.
