	It would be nonsensical to put the code after the endif. The structure of the code should be: `#ifndef SOMETHING /If SOMETHING has not been defined/ #define SOMETHING /Define SOMETHING/ /Parse this code/ #endif /Then finish the conditional statement/` If you put the code after the endif, the code would get parsed regardless of the definition of SOMETHING, which would defeat the purpose of having a guard altogether. The decision is analogous to this one: `if(!x){ /Do some code if condition is met/ }` vs. `if(!x){ } /Do some code if condition is met/` -------------------

	Ok I understand it a little,its not just about the #include stuff.Thanks for the fast response.Ill end up learning more about these lator on.Ive not gotten this far yet really.Its just codeblocks automatically adds them. edit Magnaillusion CM how do you add code to the forums like you just did btw?
