Wow! Those are rather large age differences! I mean thirteen and nine to 10,000, talk about young whippersnappers!
If I were you I'd make your main character a little older. No offense if your his age, but its just not realistic that he would gain alot of people's respect and loyalaty at that age. Unless He is not the leader or main desiscion maker of the group and he is just the main character and the other characters take a leadership role. I think it would be interesting to have a game where the main character is the leader and is somewhat of an antihero (not that he's bad just that he isn't the stereotypical hero)

Also I would add more female characters, but that's just me and I'm a girl, so I guess I'm a little biased. Well good luck!

I just received the maker yesterday, and before ive been creating a decent storyline, and world maps, including characters, ill post most of these and screenshots when i have the time.

Hey, I know the game doesn't come out for a while but I thought, why not start with the story line and stuff now? One reason I am doing this is because on the first RPGM I just thought of stuff as I went, and it turned out a mess.
So hopefully this will be better. Ok, now on with the story.

TITLE- I haven't really come up with a name for the game yet but I might call it something like Black Terror or Last Fantasy or something like that.

STORY- You start out as a Vampire with your clan called the Dark Bloods, their are four members, Deston(Main Character), Justin, Ken, Raven. You start the game attacking a town, killing innicent people. Deston is the only one that doesn't really enjoy killing the people for no reason, this may be due to the fact he isn't a full vampire, his mother was bitten while she was pregnant. Anyways to your guy's hide out and you meet the only other vampire clan the Deaths, they are your rival clan. You guys fight, your team looses, and they also kill one of your team mates (Raven). Right before the next morning they do a suprise attack and attack your clan again. Your team looses again and Justin, Deston's best friend looses it and doesn't want anything to do with your team anymore. He even kills one of our members(Ken). You escape but are angry. You decide you will no longer stand for vampires and killing. Instead you go on a mission to kill your once friend Justin which turned his back and killed your only other team mate. But can he really kill his once leader which has more than twice his strength? Plus with the rival team the Deaths after him as well, can he really survive?

Thats about all I got so far... Man yeah I know that was long, yeah I am sorry about that. You should see my real notes on it, lol. I couldn't really go into the best details on somethings but tell me what you guys think. And I would appreciate any tips. Thanks for reading all this.

i might make a game based on the fayth of final fantasy X
i will show how they became the fayth and there will be a second disk showing a new summoner named alex and how the fayth are revived(if they died, i havent finished final fantasy X yet)

That sounds like it could be pretty interesting, Black Fire. Vampires are always interesting characters.I hope it goes well!

With thinking of so many other stories I haven't really had to much time to plan the one I will make on rpg maker. I might try to put one of my books in it, but that depends on how much I can do with it and how much I can customize the characters. I was also thinking of doing a sort of parody that makes fun of RPG cliches and then slowly gets darker and more dramatic.

Like, its always bothered me how in some games you talk to the monsters but then just go ruthelessly killing them. I think my main character will eventually realize how strange this is but his friends don't care so its funny but also dramatic at the same time cause he decides to leave and figures that he can't take another life, and eventually sides with the monsters and helps them to attack humans and his old friends. And then more dramatic things having to do with creatures called "shadows" who attach themselves to monsters and humans and cause them to go mad and violent in the presense of each other cause they want them to continue to fight, even though the main character finds a way to make some piece and communicate between every creature.

Awesome idea! Its so far away from the usual it will make an interesting game. I hope you can think of a story and characters for it, then post em here if you don't mind. Anyone else that has any ideas post em here if you got em.

Reg mage also good idea. I couldn't finish FFX because it seemed like the boss I was at was impossible to kill. Anyways the game I am making, I am think of a name for it. What out of these do you think would be the best for a game such as mine? These are possible name: Reign of Blood, Dark Night:Reign of Blood, Eternal Night, Dark Enigma, Clan of the Vampires. Which ones you guys think are best?

I have a game idea.

Zay, a kid who is only 14, is a slave at the castle just a minute away from the kingdom of Terule (His town).
But a evil force appears and destroys the town and takes everyones souls. (He hides in a closet so he is not captures). Now it is up to him to find the seven ancient crystals and wish back everyones souls and destroy this evil force before it takes over the world.
I know the getting the seven crystal thing is old but its the best i could come up with!

Sounds interesting, but how does he get out of the castle if he was a slave, and how was he captured in the first place? The slave idea is pretty origianal though! Maybe you should make it be that the slaves planned a revolt against the castle but they failed so to punnish them the guy went and destroyed their old town. So then that guy and the other slaves are all upset cause it was sort of their fault.

And you could make it that they had to become slaves in the first place because the evil dude that owns the castle demanded that the town give him their strongest or most magical children otherwise he'd destroy them.

So some of the slaves like the old town but other ones can't forgive them for just giving them up without a fight

Also, if you wanted to do something really different you can make it so that the town isn't destroyed but instead a hero who was passing through managed to kill the guy when he attacked but he died in the fight also. So then all the slaves are freed and they go back to the town, but then some of the old slaves start to become really bitter that the town gave them to the evil castle guy and they begin to secretly plot their revenge.

And then it can be all dramatic as the hero has to save the people who gave him up and he's never quite sure if he should be attacking or saving the town. And then it could get really deep if you get into issues of forgiveness and human weakness.

Well those are just my suggestions (i know, there were alot of them...)! I hope you like them or are inspired! It could really be a good story, you just have to think of adventures for all of this stuff to happen, which is alot of work of course! But you seem pretty creative! Good luck!

Wow aero, you really have some talent! When I heard his story I thought of a couple of ideas, but you took it to a whole new level. If you go with any of his ideas its gonna be one bad ass RPG. I don't guess you have any ideas for my RPG do you? I mean with ideas like that I am sure you could tune mine up to tip top shape! I will post in here in a minute, its the same one I posted earlier but I will make it a little different since I have more of the story done.
