	Nope, and neither in the official guide book, nor the game manual. Here are the REAL ages of the characters during the events of 'Birth...' Tatsumaru= 20 Ayame=14 Rikimaru= 18 Those ages are actually correct, if a bit odd. ------------------- "The Sun sets forever over Blackwater Park... "

	I found out Rikimaru's age at the time of 'Birth of the stealth assassins' from Wikipedia, and then adjusted Ayame and Tatsumaru's ages from there. ... so Ayame loved Tatsu, who was 6 years older than her? 	This brings us back to my theory about Ayame and Tatsumaru's bastard child. The conception was off screen when Ayame confronted him under that tree. Soon after the events of Birth Ayame disappears for 9 months. She leaves the baby to a monostary and returns to the Azuma clan and Gohda saying she was "captured". Years later Ayame is ordered to assainate the inhabitants of corrupt monastary. She must leave no witnesses because of the darkness of this deed. What will she do? If she lets him live he will spend the rest of his life hunting her down seeking revenge. If she kills him she will live with that knowledge till the end of time.

And no I wish I knew the full story of Tenchu 4 but the rift between Rikimaru and Ayame has something to do with their trust in eachother and that Ayame is too emotionally tied to Princess Kiku and her kidnap only makes things worse. Thats all I know right now. But anyway do you think this story is possible as far as ages of Tatsu and Ayame go?

	Tough to say, with Tatsu being about 17-20 (guess) and Ayame being about 14-16. People had different morals in those times (not to mention Japan has morals of it's own), but it is definetly possible. It leaves a bit of mystery behind Ayame's character, and i don't like that (i mean we have followed Ayame's tale for so long), but still it's a fresh, dramatic story! I think it's pretty excellent. Imagine an offspring with Tatsu and Ayame's genes! As for Tenchu4... i, personally, can't see Ayame and Rikimaru falling out that badly, or raising their blades against each other for that matter. Well if you recall the original trailer the are having a sword fight(well Rikimaru was basically owning Ayame) but it probably isn't any fight to the death. But yeah I'm sure something huge will have to happen to cause these life long ninja comrades to quarrel.

Indeed, think about it- Tatsumaru was always the more head-strong warrior compared to Riki, and in their first and only encounter Rikimaru 'lost' (possibly because Riki looks up to Tatsumaru?). It was Tatsu's hesitance and suicide that lead to his end, Taking nothingaway from Ayame's ability and skills.
