How Many Books Do You Own? - Page 8

I own about 300 to 350 books. I have read them all. I often buy books but I dont throw them away even after they get all raggity, lol. My kids like to rip pages out and the covers off of them so I recently put most of them in my storage area. I hope to have a HUGE library someday. It has always been a dream of mine. To have my very own library full of books that I like! I do go to te library but often they dont have what I want or I already read most of them that they have. The bookstore is my favorite place to shop. I want more books.

Personally, anout 40, most of them being charmed books or college books, or Buffy books but some classics are in there. My mum has got about 500 though she has big bookcases full of crappy books which she will never read but wont give away.

Well, I believe I own in and around 300 books. Most of them are parts of series in some form or another, for example; Louis L'Amour, Tolkien, Lewis, Jacques. Other than that, I have a random assortment of other literature.

Currently I own a whopping total of 2 books. I've read roughly 75% of them.

I'm assuming we all love reading seeing as we're posting in this forum :s

About three thousand. I started with twenty I inherited when I was seven. then I learnt to read, and found out about second hand and charity shops. There's one book shop just down the road, that sells twenty books for a fiver.

I've read my favourites a good five or six times each...and yes, there are a few I haven't read. A lot of the classics I buy because I've heard of them, and I want to read them, but I'm just not at the right stage in my life to get into them yet. I don't throw them out, because I might love them one day.
