Reset roster!

Has anyone actually reset the roster with the "hold start and turn on the 64" cheat. All it brings up is memory card info. I really wanna reset to the original roster, as I got my game off a friend and it was allover the place. If anyone has or knows the original roster, could you please let me know. Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

re: Reset roster!

Well holding start is the right way to do it.. Hold start down then turn on the N64, erase the file and there you go. That should work..

Thats the only way I know how to restart the game. Oh yeah, you cant only reset the roster you have to reset the whole game.

re: Reset roster!

I tried that and it didn't work.

If you have the original roster set, could you please email me the original superstar locations, and also the headings of the groups?

My game came with headings 'Superstars 1 to Superstars 7' and also 'ladies' and 'hidden supertstars'. Supertstars 7 has the officials, mr. McMahon etc. is this what yours is? And also, does Stephanie McMahon belong with the ladies or the hidden characters?

re: Reset roster!

If you select a superstar in the edit screen, there should be a 'default' button under the superstar you are editing. I don't think there is a mass delete for WWF Wrestlemania 2000. You could erase some of the data in the data section. Clear out all of the season mode matches, and you should be alright.

As for the original superstar spots, I don't think the ladies can be switched so those are fine. The titles of the groups are Superstar 1, 2, etc. I don't know them all as I got mine used, so your guess is as good as mine.

Hope that helps more than my previous post.. I don't even remember posting that..

re: Reset roster!

The THQ-Support told me that there's no way to reset the game...
