	Log in to remove this advertisement i need help on finding the item that allows u to control the plants in Hydra Marshes. 	Okay. Go to Guldove (another world) and speak to the Dwarf in Orlha's bar twice. The second time, he should give you the Green Tinkler. Be warned, Skelly is a dissapointing character, only useful if you get him as soon as possible. Hope he meets your expectations. ------------------- Chrono Cross

	never really had hopes for him in the first place. I only want him incase i need a black character before the other part in the game. 	Don't worry there are plenty of black innates that are way better than Skelly..I doubt that you'll ever use him after the first time. ------------------- November 18th FINAL FANTASY X-2!

	Luccia is a pretty good black inate at the begining of the game. Or at least I find her to be pretty good. It's probably just me. There are only 4 black inates that you can get the first half of the game. And after that there are only a few more. They're being inateist... ------------------- Back in action once again!

	you are forgettin Harle!!! she is the best Black Innate (after Lynx), maybe not very strong at the begining, but if you keep using her she will give you very good results -------------------
