FF VIII - The Pronunciation Thread - Page 6

I know it's not "cack-tar" but I think my brother had started calling it that cause he refused to read it right, and now every now and again I say "cack-tar" instead of "cack-twar"

I always pronounced Cactuar - Cack-twar too, it just looked obvious. Likewise, Funguar is Fung-war. While Anacondaur is Anacond-awr and Aura is aw-ra.

i pronounced duel as..well duel..XD dyul. sounds like the way they pronounce the english word duel to me XD

The only thing i can say is that you would really laugh yourselves to death, if you would hear how i pronounce words generally, hööööhöhöhöhöööööö! Like i already told, swiss guys cannot get rid of their accent, and the harder we try, the more ridiculous it becomes! Even if we try to speak regular german, it makes everyone laugh! (except jerks like Bin Laden, who cannot have fun at all)
