Limit Break CEG: Add a charakter for the next game!

Ah good question, i forgot to add that: The LBB will start at 0 and will be filled at 6.

You could put Master Fisherman with some great water attack
like "attack of a thousand jellyfishes" or "great angle of revenge"

We have some thoughts over this thing, partly in reaction to what was written in the CEG, so here goes:
Meteor, we agree, Angelo Rush seems a lil too powerful as it is, certainly if hitting Squall AND Rinoa for a measly 1 each allows 2 counters. We have to admit we actually thought abt using it twice when we copied the move from you, for that error attack on Ward (which was indeed a test), but we decided against it. Maybe an idea is to make the doggy counter attacks of at least 4* or 5*? That way the amount of times it can be used isn't "nearly unlimited"? But it'll still be a useful tactic for a while? Just AN idea.
And the counter should only work ONCE even if you attack both Squall and Rinoa, we think. Just putting yourself in berserk mode should not be as strong as it is now.

Also, while we (and we're sure Cro Gato as well) like our strong moves to last so long this game, we are not sure whether this is right. The LB's like Fujin and Raijin have could perhaps finish off the target at which it is designed and then end? That way it'll require more tactics who to use or waste it on. The way we see it, it was too easy to remove Selphie without risks. (We didn't plan on using The End ourselves, but did want to raise that threat. But still, she has sooo lil HP, it should be possible to nail her in time without a 15 dmg LB like Fujijn's. Or maybe the powerful beserk LB's should last a certain amount of rounds?
They way things are, Fujin can regain her life easily and Raijin has his LB and still has 30 HP left so it is kinda hard to stop them (unless several people all agree to).

Admitted, this strong position Cro and we got via the LB does require others to take action as well, so there is also tactical decisions involved here. Again we'd like to stress, just offering some suggestions for what COULD be done different, not saying it SHOULD change. Just food for thought.

Nah, i think Raijins and Fujins LBs aren't too powerful, i already have plans to take them down, if i made Fujin any weaker, there wasn't much chance to let her win. And the endless effect of Berserk is good too i think.


If more members played this game, they could easily make a conspiracy against Fujin to take her down with normal hurts, or even Berserk attacks.


But i agree, that my Berserk trick was too cheap, i already made up some rules to weaken it (in the next game of course):

1. Every move that does more than 4 HP damage, should fill the LBB by 1.

2. I made up some new Limit Breaks for Xu:

Stat-Maxing: Raises Xus Max-HP by 5, fills her HP and cures all of her status ailments. (you gave me that idea TWINTEN, and it isn't too cheap, since you never know if someone will abuse her LB for refining, when you fill the LBB)

Darkness: (does NOT depend on the LBB!) Hurts Xu by 10% of her Max-HP (rounded down), but the member can hurt *10 (not against Xu herself, of course), and it fills her LBB by 1.


About Selphie: Her HP IS very low, and Zombie is a very cheap defense against The End, so i have to raise her HP, or give her more LBs, or both, but i have to think about it a little longer.

The other Limit Breaks of Selphie are even more uncool, Fullcure would kind of start a new game (except it kills the undead), Wall wouldn't give her any advantages, and Rapture was even more cheap than The End.

I think i leave it as it is, it's not impossible to use The End, if you kill her with full LBB, and then revive her and use it.


Or i would have to make up something else for her, but i'm not sure if i will make a second game like this, it's interesting to have more moves, but it's not as relaxing as having easy rules, so i'd say normal CEGs are better.

Nope it casts Haste and Berserk (the one that can't be cured with Esuna) on the Seifer team, those status changes remain even if Rajin is killed. You have to wait until Seifer is killed to get rid of your Berserk status.

Your guess was right, other guys can use Seifers Limit Break irrespective of your Berserk status. That counts for Angel Wing as well (if Fujin had a second LB), for example someone can use Rinoas Meteor Angel Wing, and someone else can use Invincible Moon.
