The best proof that the guide is wrong is Edea in CD3. She could be around 20+ and have about 1,000 hp, NOT 7,000 like what he claims.

Furthermore, he have not shown any proof whatsoever but continued to make more and more claims. Like :

1. He says Edea and Seifer can only reach level 20 and give some crappy youbtube link which proved NOTHING.

2. He said that we can draw Meteor from Vyase but failed to show how one can access Winhill. Then he claims that ya can fight Vyase somewhere else, but never inform where.

3. I still waiting on his explaination how he can survive been hit with status attack without any magic or items.

He's right though, story bosses DO have a maximum level, at least in the playstation version, i don't know for sure about the PC version. Even the Ruby Dragon, that you fight with Laguna doesn't have a higher level than 29, if you don't use the Level Up command.

But even without that maximum level, NJ is possible, if you know all the tricks. And that's what NJ is all about, finding tricks, to do what seemed impossible before.


For example, that undead boss in the train can't even touch you, if you do it like this: Damage the fake president and all your characters with the attack commands. Then wait until the ATB bar of everyone is full and unleash all three limit breaks in the following order: Renzokuken to finish the fake president, Duel to heavily damage Gerogero (use Booya, Meteor Strike, Heel Drop, Meteor Strike), and some Fire, Holy or Meteor spells with Slot, to finish Gerogero. His undead status, which halves physical attacks, makes it very hard to finish him with Duel directly, but some spells should definitely do the rest. Just switch off the Renzokuken indicator, to make sure, it doesn't interfere with Slots.

A similar thing works with Edea on disk 2 btw, she won't even touch you, if you unleash your Limt Breaks on Seifer in the correct order.

Wrong, sephiroth_campbell just tries to tell some noobs what a fact is, although it's pointless, because noobs sometimes want to keep their lack of knowledge.

Your statements are quite clear. If my memory serves me well, the monsters level up with player and their level is equal to Squall's level actually.

i will admit the monster do level up with squall but the bosses dont

EDIT: aslso its not squalls main level but the whole part average
