I still really like where Rinoa says "I can fight as long as I'm with you" near the end of disk 1 during the first Edea fight.

i also like the it where squall goes to rescure her and shes like 'dont i'm a sorceress' and he is all like 'i dont care' that bit really made me go awwww.

Yeah I admit I am a bit of a sucker for a love story which is probably why I like the story off FFVIII so much. It's definitely one of my favourite of all time.

i am a hopeless romantic so it was the perfect game for me!!!!i've decided...i need to make a time line of the important Squinao events hahaha

I am too really, but the FFVIII story in particular I find really touching. I think it's because you start to identify with the characters so it makes you feel happy when things work out for them.

yes, and they go through so much you really want it all to turn out well as he changed so much and she gave so much and you really hope its not for nothing. it was such a convincing relationship it was just so happy when they finally kissed in the end!

and you just sit there like *gasp* he's smiling! it really was the perfect ending. it made you think that all that time you spent playing was worth itbecause they got to be a very happy couple

Yeah, I mean sometimes ending with tragedy can be good(FFXs ending was brilliant though sad) but still there is nothing like a good old fashion they lived happily ever after ending really.

yes, X's ending was actually very satisfying if sad. i think 8 deserved nothing less than a very happy ending though. Squinoa forever and all!

Something I've been wondering, it's about the missile base part, I always take Rinoa with Squall at thatpaprt, so I've never seen how things pan out if Rinoa goes with the missle base team. Since there are scenes like where Rinoa wants a tour of the garden for example.

well it affects the conversation when you come back in fh. she asks you were you worried and you can say various things like yes about you all or yeah especially about you kinda thing.

Yeah I figured, she says it was sweet when you tell her you were worried about the others, so I guess she says the same if you say you were worried about her?

But you do miss out a few "Squinoa" moments by taking her to the base, such as the bit where the doctor asks is she your girlfriend.

i love that bit! squall is so mean with the 'seriously joking' thing but it was good to see him have a sense of humour!
