I didn't think Tidus was bad. He did whine a lot, but he had his reasons. I'm sure a lot fo us would whine as much as him if we got taken from our world and thrown into something like he was.

But, on the badass meter (1-10). Squall is an 11 and Tidus is at... .5

It was mostly just tidus' voice. that was annoying. but i wasnt a huge fan of Yunas either so the tuna relationship didnt particularly concern me either way, it just wasnt done as well as 8.

And tidus is at like....2 imo XD

Only in some parts I found his voiuce annoying. I just felt bad for the guy. Some things he just didn't know about and I couldn't help but feel bad for him.

Yeah, that was quite a sad scene, neto, with the emotion and the clattering ambience of the mortars, etc.
I like tidus hair tbh, except it has to be darker, and straighter.

okay, i felt sorry for him then. But other tha that..i dunno. I found him more tolerable later in the game than i did in the early on stages.

I just felt sorry for him because he was really left out of many things and then in the end, it came back to hurt him basically.

I think Tidus was too tanned for his hair XD

It's good if you can get into a game like that though.

In the end, Tuna doesn't even make it close to being as good as Squinoa

How about Garnet and Zidane? They had a pretty good love story going don't you think? How does their love compare to Squinoa's?

That was quite a sweet story, but for some reason, it just lacks something that Squinoa had, something you could really get involved with and really see hapeneing for the characters. Although i think i prefer garnet and Zidane to tidus/yuna.

I think the fact they looked childish played a big role in if you got into their love story or not. I liked it tbh. Zidane was there to support Garnet and because of him, she grew ino a stronger person.

Zidane is cool mainly because he's a ladies man.
I like that in him.

Yes, Zidane was very much a ladies man. He was the opposite of Squall. Zidane was more outgoing and Squall kept to himself.

He was much more cheering too, a true way a leader must be. +10 on Charisma. XD

Oh, also, the roles were kinda switched in these games. In FF8, Rinoa helped Squall change as a person. In FF9, Zidane helped Garnet change as a person.

I am seeing more differences than similarities XD
