You have to have your banner uploaded to the net first. You cannot hotlink your banner from your harddisk coz only you have access to your PC.

Try http://www.strike9.com and register there. Upload your banner and use the [img] markup tag to hotlink your banner to your post.

Gary, what is the banner for? Is it for a website, coz I will be more than willing to provide you guys with one. I'm currently making 5 banners for 3 websites though.. but I'll make yours for free.

Yes the banner is for the seeD clan website. I thought it would be a nice idea to have a competition to decide which banner we shoudl use.

Btw sorry about not putting a sample banner up but my. Hosting site is giving me trouble. I might try the one Kuldahar posted up.

Yeah, but I'm just showing you what it will look like. After I put the text on it, I will link them together. I edited the pics to make them smaller than they were by cropping.

Well it's kind of hard to explain, but here goes.

Well first you must have a site/webpage of your own. Then once you have an image you want to use as a signature or something, you have to put it up on your site. Then once it's up you have to use the [img]URL of the picture[/img]. But the picture has to be by itself on a webpage, and the URL must end in .gif, .jpg, .bmp etc...


Just test out some other things to figure it out for yourself. I would suggest going to google, do an image search, then pic the image and once it's up and in it's own frame press "See Full-size" or "See Image Alone", which are located under the picture. Then go up to the address bar and cut/copy that URL. Then come to neo and use the mark-up tags [img]With the URL here[/img] and the image will show up.
