	Happy birthday Squall! :>! A thread to discuss Squall then? Squall is a pretty cool guy, eh kills Ultimecia and doesn't afraid anything. To be honest, I used to be able to identify with him more when I first played this game. I still find particles of his loner philosophy charming at times, but his flaws seem to get more flagrant as I grow up. 	I get what you mean. I actually haven't beaten this game yet. I found it in an old box after I moved some time ago. I really like it so far, I just can't beat the last boss. Anyway, I like Squall's character, and especially the fact that you can see what he's thinking the whole game. My sister knew right away that Laguna was his dad. xD I actually thought he looked more like Rinoa. But the more I learned about the plot, the more fell into place. It surprises me that some people don't know Squall's parents were Laguna and Raine.

	Hmm ... I wonder what Squall could think if he happened to cross over to our World and read through this thread. Couldn't he be surprised why bunch of ppl who hardly know anything about him (except wat is stated on the game) to be celebrating his birthday?

	Happy B-Day squall!!! I think its defiantly a thing with squall that the game was his coming of age and realizing that being alone is not always best. He could stand there, in front of his own cut-outs, right hand on his face, shaking his head in disbelieve and wonder if anyone on this World have anything better to do than play FF8. But I think he could understand our love for the game and why we played it. We sticked with him during good and bad times - just like he sticked in Laguna's head during the Dream Sequence.
