You can't. Only first or second/in front or behind your rival.

how do you beat the leavels becuase they don't give you enough time to beat the leavel?

how does your rival goes faster then the person how is driving?

The levels are very hard yes, but keep at it and use the 'slip stream' aerodynamics as much as possible (lining yourself up with the truck in front of you, giving you extra speed).

Try to get the bonus time cars, the game is really challenging - just don't give up
