I like T.I. to a certain extent. Bring Em Out is shit(in a bad way) and it was way to overplayed. The current songs I am feeling from him right now is:

by what?? mainly just tons of obsessed fan girls care mainly about just how the guy looks?

T.I. Back with a new a album "King". On April 4th 2006, "King" debuted number 1 on Billboard 200 chart. It sold over 500, 000 copies in only it's first week = record for best first week sales of 2006 so far.

I thought this album had competition againts Urban Legened, but i'm liking this one more. My fav tracks are of course "What You Know", and "Good Life".

The dudes latest stuff has been tight, Big Things Poppin' is great and so is You Know What It Is.

Yeah, his track with Busta' Rhymes is pretty great too.

so your sayin that after chingy sold over 97,000 cd's on his first album in just 3 days,and is a multi-platinum artist,he got no talent?

CD sales account for nothing heh... if it did count for something truly talented artists mainstream and underground would be getting 100,000 sales daily heh... but do they? no some of the most talented muscians go their whole lives unrecognised does it really mean they lacked talent?

i wouldnt say they count for nothing.
alot of rappers in particular undersell and alot of them oversell. Its all to do with how well known they are really. there music isnt always what makes them sell.

an example would be the massacre vs the documentary. Two mainstream albums go head to head within a few months of each other. They are both on the same record label, both had alot of hype and publicity and both had hit singles.
50s massacre had 1 good single and alot of weak tracks yet sold about 11m worldwide including 5m in its 1st year. It also sold over 1m first week.
This compares to the games album which had 4 great singles and over 10 hot tracks. Its only sold 5m worldwide which is half of 50s. It only managed half of what 50 sold 1st week too.
why is this???
because 50 cent is very well known and people will but his *bleep*in piss if he put it in bottles. While new artits with debut albums such as the game cannot compete.
The game was signed to aftermath which when his album was released is the top rap label to be on really. So imagine how up and coming artists on small record labels are going to compete.


but if an artist wants to make it big then they need more than just lyrical ability to get signed to a big label.

I think he and Luda have ended their fued, but he might be starting one with G-Untit... Probably not though... At the BET awards he didn't shake Tony Yayo's hand when he was shaking everyone else's.
