	Log in to remove this sponsored message I CANT BELIEVE THIS THREAD WASNT CREATED SOOOOONER:# Official Website (needs Flash) This is an awsum site which has a FAMILY TREE of the band, which started in 1988 as KATZENJAMMER and has had MANY name and member changes. ALBUMS: Songs for the Deaf Rated R Queens of the Stone Age OOTSA/BEAVER Current Band Members:Nick Oliveri Josh Homme Troy Van Leeuwen Joey Castillo Mark Lanegan This is also a very unusual band because they dont really play together very often. They split up and play in seprate bands ALOT, but when they get together its just sooooo DAM GOOD!!!! My fav. album is oviosly SONGS FOR THE DEAF which Ex-Nirvana Drummer and current Foo Fighter DAVE GROHL was guest drummer and did an awsum job. My fav. songs are REGULAR JOHN, AUTO PILOT, NO ONE KNOWS, FIRST IT GIVETH, and YOU THINK I AINT WORTH A DOLLAR BUT I FEEL LIKE A MILLIONAIRE. 	I've only heard two of their most popular songs No One Knows and Millionare but they are some awesome songs. I checked them out when I found out Dave Grohl played drums for them and I like his drumming. ------------------- Myspace, Add me mofos!

	No, they havent split up, but Nick Oliveri has left the band. they absolutely rock, i adore them. Songs for the deaf is one of the best albums i've heard in ages ------------------- Say hello to my little friend..

	Nicoldi? The bald bassist guy? I do remember hearing something about him leaving the group. I also heard that Josh Homme can be a dck to work with. Meh, they really only hook3d me with their last album. I managed to pick up another of their past albums but haven't got around to listening to it. (like so many other CDS that I have in my collection... 	i dont no if Nick O is out of the band or not, but on there website there is a bit about there new album. im not sure if i read correctly but Billy F Gibbson who is apretnly a 'bad ass' might be in the album as well...sounds interesting!!! i relli like this band, but i wish Dave Grohl was stil in the band, but the FoO Fighters are also starting their new album sooon, so that dreams ova Mj ------------------- NIRVANA ROKZ

	Well according to WWW.QOTSA.COM the new album will feature a Brass section for some of the songs. There's gonna be quite a few good albums coming out in the next year (FOoeys, Sum41, limpbizkit...) but this is the one im MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO! Mj ------------------- NIRVANA ROKZ

	The new QOTSA album called LULLABIES TO PARALYZE will be in stores on 22nd March 2005! This is goin to be the best album of the year (unless FF releases theirs) and I'll be getting it, thats for sure. Mj ps. www.qotsa.com is the offical site, and it's pretty madd!

	Yeah, I've heard of Eagles of Death Metal through their site, I might look into getting one of their albums sometime. I like QOTSA cause they're pretty loud Metal/Rock but they're not Screamo like most heavier bands. It's a pity Dave Grohl isn't drumming on their new album though, cause I thought he was bleepin awesome on Songs for the Deaf. Mj

	These guys are really cool. Songs for the Deaf was the only album I heard, but it was really good. ------------------- .myspace.
