ok this is damn horrible what this thread has come to.
Everyone who doesn't like the Darkness, shut up,because they are good, and the threads purpose is to talk about the band, not knock them off for being supposedly horrible.
You think BLENDER(yes those are E's my Fri3nd) would stop these people from doing this, but he just encourages it by doing the same.

Yeah, its such a shame there is no rule saying that you aren't allowed to voice a negative opinion. God, don't you just hate all that freedom of speech bullshit.
People don't like them, deal with it. This is a forum, definition courtesy of Google; 'a public meeting or assembly for open discussion', unfortunately 'open discussion' means exactly that. Its not a rule that you can't insult a band if you don't like them. Its not like its doing you any harm by people saying The Darkness are crap. Which incidentally, they are.

What pisses me off about The Darkness is that Justin Hawkins slates the modern music scene which is a fair enough judgement, and states his influences are old school rock bands the likes of Led Zep et al, but they don't do any justice whatsoever to that era, let alone bring it into the limelight it still deserves. Instead they trivialise it and turn it into a shitty gimmick.
