Enema of the State is a great album, my fave track off there is probably Dysentery Gary. Love that song.

And they all have talent. Tom practically wrote and performed both Angels and Airwaves albums. Mark is an awesome producer too. And obviously Travis is an incredible dummer.

I kind of upset. I like Weezer a lot and FOB is okay, but the show in Salt Lake City isn't with either of them. Instead we get Taking Back Sunday and two bands I've never heard of.

I feel somewhat ripped off.

Still incredibly excited though.

All the small things on the tonight show was dreadful. X_x

But that seemed to be the only bad thing I've heard from them since they've come back.

I'm hopefully seeing them in August in Milwaukee.

I'm from a tiny town in Wyoming though.

Tom and Mark's talent comes with their songwriting abilities. Neither of them play their instruments with any kind of advanced skill. Songwriting takes actual skill, however.

Yeah their easy songs to play, although it's fairly different in the self-titled album, but it doesn't mean they lack talent. They've gone 17 years playing songs that hook people and get people listening, and have managed to keep the same fans even when they've changed musically. They've got a massive loyal fanbase because of it.

I listened to the performance of "Feeling This" blink did for Fuel TV and tbh I definitely heard an improvement in the way Tom sung. You could actually understand the words "Are we alone, do you feel it?" I remember how completely garbled that sounded in the earlier performance.

Still not where it was, but it sounded much blinkier than the first few performances.
