With large east coast success in 2005; including several self-promoted tours and sharing the stage with some of the biggest acts in heavy music (As I Lay Dying, Haste The Day, The Chariot, Winter Solstice, Since the Flood, The Acacia Strain, August Burns Red, Origin) And Then There Were None has worked hard and proved themselves ready to grow.
Enter 2006, over one hundred shows later and nearly one thousand CDs in the hands of listeners worldwide; And Then There Were None is all but slowing down. The band has recently signed to 13 Star Records and prepares to enter Zing Studios (Killswitch Engage, Norma Jean, Every time I Die) in July of 2006 to record an intense 7 song E.P. to be released this fall. Once released, And Then There Were None plans on persistent touring throughout the US in hopes of significantly expanding their fan base.

Found out about this band a couple years ago and just got ahold of their newest cd and i thought it was pretty good. I have also seen them live twice and they are a pretty good live band. To me they sound like As I Lay Dying so if you like them you might want to check this band out. So has anyone else heard of this band? I had a hard time finding information on them and their site no longer works so they might have called it quits
