This is Supposidly a new Game comming Out in the Jak and daxter Trilogy i hope it still has light and Dark Jak in it.

This was a rumor started before E3, when Naughty Dog released something about their new project and labeling at as "lost frontier."
This "lost frontier" project is yet to be named, but appears to bear a resemblance to Tomb Raider. It is set in a jungle, which reminds me of the Amazon Jungle. Anyway, it isn't a new Jak and Daxter title. ------------------- | |

1) This news is older than your mum.
2) "Lost Frontier" is not the new Naughty Dog title. "Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier" is a patented name along with a description that goes something like "A real-time network game"...the game will probably get made, but it might not be for another million or so years. | |

The Lost Frontier is a petented name for the next Jak and Daxter game which means they have plans for development on the game. It may come out on the Playstation 2 because the dual PS2/PS3 project means something. The PS2 project could be Jak and the PS3 project could be the unknown game. And by the way, it can't be part of the trilogy because trilogy means THREE and the THREE games have already come out which means the TRILOGY is over.

who says a trilogy has to have 3? look at the LOTR trilogy (has prelude The Hobbit and other stories) the Hitchhikers trilogy (a book series containing 4 books but still a trilogy...for humorous reasons), the HALO trilogy (dont tell me u haven't heard of Halo4)
its actually very common for "trilogies" to come out with a 4th installment if its popular | |

Trilogy means THREE. Hence the "tri". The fourth installment that usually comes out after a trilogy has ended is usually a spinoff. Such as Jak X or Halo Wars.

No, Naughty Dog specifically patented a name called "Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier around this time last year. It's a totally seperate game from Drake's Fortune.

To be exact, whether the Jak games are actually a trilogy is, I admit, debatable, yet there are five games. Four of these actually follow the timeline. The fifth is randomly slotted in between the original and the second.
So, by my reckoning, in chronilogical order it would have to be: Jak & Daxter: Precursor Legacy Daxter Jak 2: Renegade Jak 3 Jak X: Combat Racing And following that with this supposed Jak PS3 game. -------------------  Light co-leader My avatar page | |

Dude, the trilogy only revolves around the first three games in the series. The trilogy was the PRECURSOR LEGACY. Not the entire series. The next games they make will be part of a new story.

I just noticed something the game will still be a triliogy when this game comes out. Note Jak and Daxter the precuser legacy is number 1, then Jak 2 , then Jak 3, But then yall arnt noticing something i just now spotted If you know of a game Ratchet and Clank : Future Tools Of destruction it is a new ratchet and clank series for the ps3, now look here Jak and Daxter : The Lost Frontier if you notice these 2 games are competitive with each other and also notice This More than Likely means sequal to origanal sereis :::::::::::::::::: those are not in the first three games so this is a new Jak And Daxter series pay attention to the name.
